This girl in my class said she's saving up to buy a $400 machine as a natural method of birth control. Basically it's a device that measures your body temperature and other readings and tells you how to do the rhythm method:

Just curious to see what level of bullshit people think this is. It's baffling to me that somebody would spend that much money to get scammed on what seems like it would be less effective than the pull-out method, but that's just me.

I wouldn't trust something like that myself. For all I know it could be legit (more research required to form a better opinion) but it seems like one of those BS products you see on late night infomercials that never work as advertised.
