do your patients with dementia know they have it and understand what's happening to them? i get that they end up confused and don't understand what's going on, but do they attribute it to dementia or do they literally just panic when they don't remember anything past 1961? i guess you can tell them over and over they have it and they'd not ever remember? or is it like, "wtf is happening, oh yeah, i've got a touch of dementia let me calm down." i'm guessing it's just full on panic attacks and 100% inability to understand their situation at that point.
oh yeah, and i eat meat because it's delicious. i don't need much more of a reason than that, tbh

Nope cause eating a beef roast or turkey or crab and shrimp with less days on earth is a great trade off.
