Why am I not surprised that you confuse city-scale politico-economic simulations with what are essentially overglorified CAD tools?
Where's my I-C-R demand equilibrium, or my tax bands to punish the undeserving lumpenprole and impose Syngman Rhee style corporatist and nepotist bourgeoisie-favourance policies, with the consequence of seeing my city flourish into a moderately developed dictatorship in perpetual boomtime?
That model always worked to bring my cities to population sizes in the upper sub-millions or lower millions.
