Do you think it'll someday be possible to create water and maybe use that newly created water to refill California's lakes and end the drought?

Did make water as a kiddlet doing fun Chemistry as hobby and its kinda easy to do with Explosive Results
You simply make Hydrogen - Fill up a Clear thick glass jug like a big water bottle and Pipe in Hydrogen you have made from well scratch - simple spark from wires inside or you can even drop in a match and it EXPLODES and the Jug walls are filled with Water.
One can even do this on a small scale in water glass. Super simple stuff a 9 year old kiddlet can do. Doing this to make water when our Oceans are full of it with some added salt n stuff is more better.
North of me a new Ocean to Tap joint came on line the other day. Does take a lot of energy but hey improved Nuke plants can do that no sweat.
