That pic would be a good addition in any English class. Its very informative and ive learned alot. It's usefulness would be more affective then its now if it had the difference between affect and effect. I can't remember ever the difference between the two.

All of that goes away considering how Text-ting is taking over Planet Earth. How many people can still do long division or basic math on paper?
Most just hit buttons on a calculator. The other day I used my PC to solve a Polynomial and said fuck that and did it by hand. The fixed program was just too limiting and I should have known better to trust some off hand program - Mathlab my ass!!!

As a member of the latest generation, I can promise you that text speak is not taking over planet earth unless you're limited in your characters, which is why text-speak exists in the first place.

Because I R in the Cell system business, I get to see the Statistics break down of logs re use of Voice vs Data vs Text-ting vs Video vs Web views etc.
We do look at trends for planning purposes for next gen design. Text-ting is becoming difficult for me to decode, as it evolves into people learning how to with them most minimum of key strokes -stroke out something someone else will understand. Its understandable re evolution because the key boards are so damn tiny - not user friendly and as you know people stroke out while driving down the road, or while walking down the street, or in a class.

I often when in a rush make that Mistrake. However if you think about it....that your're vs your, which does mean something else...your is 3 characters more efficient. Given you and I have brain power, we as the IBM Watson computer can untangle that error and make for error correction in our minds.
So perhaps the two versions of almost the same thing will one day evolve to just one new one and I vote for you^ - carrot would let you know its one or other.

Thesis lolol Which is why the only way I could do mine...the multiple papers and for business (b4 in School) where my submissions will be put under a microscope or even end up in a court of law (which is often) I pay for 24/7 editors. I need several with different skill levels.
On rare occasions you may even see me post with English that is 100% rite on. Caution, keep in mind I can pull up an editor in seconds if need be,,,,of course they bill me for that pleasure so I DO Keep it to rare occasions.
On other occasions on other forums my GF's will take over the keyboard for some fun play under my name lolol - few catch that and then claim that I do not have Dyslexia and can be more better with my Inglish.
