It's referencing me not properly negotiating a flight of stairs at 15:30 today and falling down them, and then spraining my finger (from an unsuccesful attempt to stop my fall) and receiving a rugburn (ditto).

Glad you're okay! I usually just ragdoll when I fall down stairs and let gravity sort everything out on it's own. That got me through a solid two years of heavy drinking in the past and many staircases.
