It should be deleted, and they should have to take mandatory classes, and perhaps be subject to scrutiny and possible sex offender registry.
As long as they are not hurting real children, no need to lock them up, but help them before it turns worse.

Exactly. They should treat drugs like a public health problem, not a criminal problem, and get addicts help rather than throw them in prison.
Same with pedophilia and child pornography. People might find the content sickening, but the people who look at it don't need to be locked, put on a sex offender registry, and have their life ruined. The CP should be destroyed and the person should be given help.

If you're not harming anyone other than yourself then it's not criminal. If you're making, selling, or distributing drugs/CP, then it's criminal. If you're only using these products, it's not criminal. They might fine repeat offenders more and more, and maybe force people into therapy/rehab, but they shouldn't put them in prison or give them a criminal record.

Legalization: Just that, it's legal.
Decriminalization: You are not sent to prison for it, but it is still taken from you (as it's not legal). Usually production and distribution are still criminalized. If you are caught with decriminalized contraband you are possibly sent to a program to rehabilitate you, but not prison.
