Mongoloids had gotten to an averagely more severe and populationally ubiquitous spread, but more narrowly distributed, state of bio-ethnologically autistic neurology through a mixture of fucked up selection processes upon which over-exposure to Neanderthal genes and a Siberian tundra climate in the most recent Ice Age which had yielded both low-average testosterone men and more importantly, high-average testosterone women (from which all these sperg-automatons descend, ultimately).
Hence they've no concept of hygeine, high work motivations, and a tendency towards useless tool creation or barely-passable-for-art "culture".
East Asians are just lower (adulthood rather than amniotic) testosterone variations of their Caucasian Asperger cousins, and it's more widely spread (and hence underdiagnosed due to cultural irrelevance); half the population instead of just 0.8%.
