Well, he is intelligent enough to have received a degree and to know how to code. I think that he might lack emotional intelligence as shown by every personal interaction that he has had.

toto, what code are you referring to? He knows basic html, but that's really not that difficult. can he do anything besides basic webpages? I've wondered why he doesn't write sonichu games himself, since he does have ideas for them...
