The world does hate them, but really precisely because of that self-serving tendency to recede into their own little persecution complexes, however, rather than this delusion that they're viewed inherently inferior.
Actually, they've shown particular dexterity at manipulative guile, hence they've mobilized themselves to perpetuate inter-generational indoctrination in their own brood of the same.
Were it not for this, they'd probably stop being hated, ironically enough.
