Logic.
Through my own logic can I ever hope to understand the world around me.
Lies.
People lie. This is the cornerstone of politics, controlling the masses, that which is generally accepted as truth about history, and religion.
Peace is unnatural.
There are too many differing points of view, races, religions, nations, etc, etc, for people to ever achieve true peace naturally. War, conflict, and generally being cunts to each other is in our nature as human beings, and peace, (and things that are based upon peace) must be worked at with more effort and focus than our natural disposition of just raping the fuck out of each other for petty differences.
