Have you ever seen anybody respawn? And no, defribs don't count.
I know there's all these rumours of an infinite level two, but I just don't see it as likely. We never hear back from anyone boasting about level two.
Though I kinda like that idea where you respawn as a random new character instead, without any data carried over. I think that could be fun, if it's true.

lol. This reminds me of that rumour where people were saying your save data leaves your avatar when your character dies. Remember that? There was this group of players saying they caught it on the deathcam? Load of bullshit, but I like that there's some "mythology" to things. Keeps the game fresh.
