Blue roll should always be opened by removing the cardboard inner sleeve. The outside of the roll must be left intact until complete.
Blue roll is pulled out and torn off from the middle.

I like how the drumbeat kicks in just as the first of the blue roll is extracted. To be honest I don't see the necessity of putting them in the dispensers as this makes them less portable.
