r04r, I think. Minichan's main plot is her (and formerly sim and seanieb) trying to set up a newer, better BBS. The current arc has of course moved on a little, with things becoming more introspective as opposed to external conflicts with other websites. But the main plot is the same: Can r04r herd these weirdos, losers and lunatics into a quality BBS experience?

not to sound ungrateful, but seanieb was mostly just involved because he offered us free hosting and would ignore the trolls etc. he got a bit too much involved with administrating what happened on the board itself in exchange imo, so we moved away and during that revoked his access.

But he was what is known as a false protagonist. Early on in Minichan, seanieb was built up to the viewers as an important, central character. Then, after the first arc, he was unceremoniously dropped from the cast altogether. It kept things interesting.
Oh, fun fact, apparently he has an ED article. Looks like he pissed off other people too.
