Why, I recommend Private Internet Access! I use them myself and am very pleased with them, they have great speeds, lots of locations (see image) and seem to offer good privacy as well. If you pay yearly it's like $3 a month. I also happen to have an affiliate link which is sometimes shown as an ad on this fora, and I just linked it earlier. So, I really like PIA, use them myself, and if you use the affiliate link I linked earlier I also happen to get some $$$ when you pay them.(Edited 1 minute later.)
