I am an American chef from Minnesota, don't ya know! I want to share a delicious chicken recipe that is really full of flavor and VERY spicy! Ready?
1. Buy a frozen chicken.
2. Throw away everything except the whitest meat of the breast.
3. Boil the breast until it turns rubbery and gray.
4. Now here's the real spicy zinger: right before you eat it, sprinkle a few little grains of salt on it! Yes!
*If it is too spicy and flavorful, leave out the salt.

After decades of heavy alcohol and benzodiazepine abuse, Matt has early-onset senile dementia and in Matt's mind this is the first time he's made this joke. Notice over the years how Matt's schticks have become fewer and more repetitive? Within the decade he will be unable to care for himself and will have to be put down.

i struggle too much eating food in general to restrict my diet so severely rn
that said i don't really eat much meat, it's expensive and bad for the environment

Pouring a bottle of bleach and bottle of ammonia into your toilet will clean it up quite nicely, and also clear up your spelling issues.

That sounds fantastic! I do think the rubbery grey chicken needs to be dried out a little before making a sandwich using plain unbuttered white bread though
