4Get about eating that hot dog. Microwave ovens put out like 700 to 1100 watts. Cell towers re true RF output is around 10 watts. Can be more but usually its NOT.
Betting any heat generated is quickly dissipated by a small breeze. It is possible to light up a long florescent bulb with such low power from just the ionization radiation

Wood only diminish the power. You could cut antennas to the proper length to pick up the RF. Combine several cell towers but losses at Cell Freqs get sucked up rapidly by the coax you need to do the combining
However People over the years have successfully stolen say a Kilowatt or three from AM Broadcast towers if they have them in their hood. They only get caught when the station each year does a survey of area served and discover the approved antenna pattern as allowed and demanded by FCC - fails with gaps.
Stealing RF does end up in my area of expertise. You might notice when you drive by a local AM Station with towers as multiple its because they are used to create a pattern - Rare to find just one tower these days but they still exist for clear channel as approved.
