Oh, I've learnt about this woman in Psychology, before. She's certainly unique with what she does.
Since OP's headline is just bait, here's a quick summary:
This activist/educator, Jane Elliott, has been doing an experiment that looks at bigotry. Often, she'll divide volunteers up by eye colour (with one eye colour being classed as inferior to the other, and manipulates them so that they develop bigoted or are on the receiving end of it.
Her overall goal is to combat racism and bigotry in general, and expose people who wouldn't normally be on the receiving end of bigotry to that sort of treatment.
She's considered controversial for her methods, which are pretty harsh and can seriously upset participants. But she argues that her method is effective in giving people a better outlook on bigotry, their feelings be damned.

Why do you think that SJWs would disapprove of this, anyway?
As I understand, this woman specifically aims this stuff at "privileged" people like whites and such, and puts them on the receiving end of bigotry in a quite brutal way, with the goal of making them less prone to bigoted behaviour.
The more zealous SJWs would love this experiment. No, it's the racists that would be enraged by this.

But don't you see, she has done this before. Except it was children and only whites. The group was separated by eye color. The lesson was that this wasn't good for anybody.
Now the lesson is it was good. So a reconstruction of racism where whites experience it was considered good.
