It's been happening a few times a week, I clean out my ears with Q-tips and find a bit of blood on them.

Should I be worried?

You see, sticking things up close and personal in your ear is not good and perhaps unhealthy.

Just wipe your ear with paper after showering.

If you're not in pain and still have your hearing, then it's likely just skin abrasion. If you need to clean your ears that much, try an ear syringe and some hot water. Maybe even a little peroxide.
