Sometimes when I lucid dream, I encounter entities that scare me and they say they are demons. On the flipside, I have also encountered a blissful presence that I think is God.

Yes. Once I was in a burning house, and the rage demons from Dragon Age were there and yelling "THE WORLD IS NIGGERS". Luckily, I escaped from the house.
As a child, I also once dreamt that I saw God sitting in the sky. He manifested as a pair of Christmas elf shoes sticking through the clouds. I yelled that he should come down and show himself, but he did not respond.
