This is what I was able to find at a local nutrition shop. I took a total of five 4 gram tablets last night before going to sleep. Very relaxing. Didn't put me to sleep, although I awoke early in the morning (7:00 is early to me) and had the best sleep I've had in months. No nightmares either, as I usually do.

That's for you to decide.

No, as I enjoy many other natural medicine. I do feel very relaxed though. I have done more than enough drugs in my lifetime, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna try to act like a hardcore badass that automatically assumes natural things are shit.

I've never heard of the stuff, but I'm going to look for it and try it if I can find some. Maybe I'll just order from Amazon. I struggle with sleep myself,and it fucking sucks not getting sleep when you desperately need it. Thanks for posting about this. I use otc sleeping pills, and while they help they're only slightly better than nothing because of the groggy after effects.

You may also want to consider trying valerian root. Valerian root was great as a sleep aid, and it was also able to take away some moderate back pain I had a few times. I know exactly how you feel about not being able to sleep even when you really need it. It's the worst.

This happens to me too kinda. It's like if I know I have something important to do the next day, I can't seem to fall asleep.
I used to have a lot of troubles sleeping and I still have struggles with horrible flashback nightmares. I have felt so low and on edge when I couldn't trust my own body.

Thanks. If you still have trouble, I highly recommend trying this as well as other herbal remedies. Many think that natural medicines are shit compared to the pharmaceuticals available. I can't say that they're all as good as some prescription medications, but it's worth a try!
@previous (kook !!Phkn/3Gic)
I highly recommend you purchase them as they are damn delicious!

My next mission is to try and find some kava after I find some passion flower leaves.

Kava can be obtained in liquid extract form from the woo-woo hippie section of natural foods stores next to other weird liquids, tinctures, and such.
