In Cardiff by the Sea, San Diego April showers more then possible. Nov/Dec/Jan here is usually full of Sunshine yet Spring does bring lite rain on occasion which at this beach makes for flowers on the hill sides extra special.
Whales I will if I can fit it in before leaving early soon to Rock Climb - put up Whales in Cardiff by the Sea - Porpi are very common and almost a daily sharing of Ocean Blue as I surf. Whales are rare to be so close to surfers. One White Shark a while back took off a Gal Surfers arm completely. She is back up surfing here daily!!
