I've honestly been greatly satisfied with Mr. Noah's performance.
From the first episode it literally felt like I was still watching The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and that the only adjustment I had to make, being the change of host, felt very very minor.

Most of the time he seems really calm. There are a few occasions when he gets overly exclamation, but he tends to be calm.
