2. Don't fucking marry.
3. Don't follow common wisdom about diet. Or do. Sometimes it's right. Sometimes it's not. People think they know shit. Eat what you need and feel hungry for.
4. Girls are girls, and only the superficial ones notice your car. If you think you are defined by your "ride" then you are deluding yourself. If girls make fun of you, then you have bigger problems than your car.

During periods of deprivation, your body automatically builds up fat. Eat healthy and regularly.
