The tweets are tweets. Sure. I think the headlines in the sources you cited are bent to serve an agenda.

But seriously, I'm honestly okay with criticising mindsets like in the OP. They're pretty bad and should be called out. But on Minichan at least, it seems like the only people who step forward to criticise mindsets like that are people like Svet and kook, who are outright bigoted and use trashy right wing biased sources like this.
If it's a similar story in the wider world, then it just makes it much easier for people like in the OP to shut down opposition.

Someone needs to call Syntax out, on his abusive use of Rag Heads. Remind him that many black lives matter, are also as in pic.

Accusing a social movement you oppose of ignoring the importance of tragic events by cherry picking tweets from college students while ignoring the importance of that same event while using it to demonize said movement isn't a toy bud.

Posted without a look to see who it is. Looked. > Stayve Jerome Thomas (born September 8, 1980) better known as Slim Thug, is an American rapper. He gained mainstream attention for his contribution to the popular single from rapper Mike Jones, "Still >Tippin'".

This seems to be a problem for kook. She sees some cherrypicked examples, and thinkd that they largely represent a group. She doesn't seem to see that groups like that are very multifaceted things and are inevitably going to have extreme factions.
I wonder if she was shown enough examples of icecream truck drivers being assholes, she would eventually think that being an icecream truck driver makes you an asshole?

The other day I posted a topic - https://minichan.org/topic/47512
In a search for the photo of the offender, not much available.
8 hours after the original post - That 2nd search resulted in something I have never seen before on Google.
One photo repeated top to bottom until I asked for more images.
> how is that indicative of anything?
As if on chans, that question is relevant.

lel. So kook, instead of thinking that these tweets are cherrypicked parts of a larger movement, demands to see every black person tweet ever because she loves her idiotic generalisation too much.
Hey kook, I saw some tweets where some skaters said mean things. Should I find every tweet ever made by a skater to get a final answer on what skaters really think??? It is the only way, there is no logical thought that I could apply here.

the problem with social media is that any idiot can end up having their opinions scrutinized as if they are an influential somebody. who the fuck honestly cares what the fuck randos say on social media. they aren't representatives, just idiots. in fact the whole black lives matter's movement is just another shitty online social media facebook activism that doesn't accomplish anything except make participants feel self righteous.
screaming into an echo chamber on the internet is not activism. black lives matter, but protesting correctly obviously doesn't. i guess they think screaming at the top of their lungs is doing good work. but posting to twitter is activism about like scoffing at a newspaper article is protesting.

storming a stage and demanding to be heard with threats and intimidation isn't protesting. i'm really surprised old school protesters from the era of civil rights aren't stepping up and working to help organize and refine their message. buuut that's not happening. not sure why. i guess they are either dead, or they don't care enough about this particular movement to get behind it. i guess especially since the very earliest days were filled with non-peacful protests and riots that the elders from the civil rights movement are just giving up. their message fell on deaf ears within their own community and is now replaced with knee-jerk reactionaries and vitriol.
to me, it looks like MLK and Ghandi have lost... no one cares about peace anymore, just being heard is all that really matters. which is exactly why individuals from within the movement were pissed about france "stealing their thunder." all that matters is being heard, and right now they're just screaming about being victims. so no one else can be a victim. oh no. only black lives matters can be victims right now.
