It features my homeland as a third-world negroidic shithole where even the medical professionals live in voodoo mud-huts. The joined protag/antag is a parody of the stereotypical NHS witchdoctor, a Jewish, femalewhore haggard, who proudly boasts at the beginning that all of her 'medical textbooks' are just Talmudic magic books with different covers, launching into a monologue about the Freemasonic, feminist-supremacist agenda in an intonation so exaggerated that the Wicked Witch of the West archetype doesn't begin to describe her conceited and snarky bitchiness. The first scene closes with her eating the foetus of a male whom she suspects to have autism.
Then she is to progressively become more schizophrenic as the 'demon' of that child comes to haunt her possessingly.
