As we desire low-energy transportation more and more, blimps will come into wider and wider use. For safety concerns, they will float no higher than about four feet. But then how will they get around obstances you might wonder. Well, we simply adapt the network of monorail track.

The body of the blimps will have eyelets into which hooks attached to harnessed pigeons can be placed.
