2 men were accused of rape, the police interrogate them and keep them for a day while they investigate the crime scene.They end up letting them go since they have no "strong evidence" to keep them. They have escaped the country.
Some are angry and do not understand why they were at least not forbidden to leave the country. Others demanded they be held in jail until court.
A small gathering of protesters appeared infront of the capital police headquarters, pictures related.
Later that night the woman police chief was booed of stage for refusing to speak about the case in detail since she ain't allowed by law to do that.
Do you understand why i have left Iceland?

Yes. And the Supreme judge has warned everyone on Facebook that if the men are found innocent then the people who have named the accused (on Facebook) can expect a one sided lawsuit against them.. the people who have been naming the accused and accusing them are around 1500 people.
