My wife moved out and did not state it was over, but hints it may or may not be, what does this really mean? She moved all stuff except for some things and some things that came from me personally. She keeps taking her time moving. If I say I miss her or love her, she does not respond. Yet she will not commit to it being 100% over.

HAVE You reviewed your bank balance? Perhaps you might set something aside just in case.
If you live in the one of many States in USA? She has every right to clean out all accounts and max out credit cards so that you will end up paying off. Just be careful and get some real good advice FAST.
