I just remembered that I have it in my game library on Steam and it looks like a Mario Kart esque game.

For a brief period, I've found myself sucked into making a configuration for The Sims 4 using the Steam controller. I think I finally got everything to where I want it, but I have some new ideas to get more features covered in there.
The game itself looks fun and does resemble Mario Kart although I didn't expect to find helicopters and boats.
