Pathological autism could be the only expanative factor for such a phenomenon and thus might genuinely be a disease in autism's presence that actual gender aberrances might not be.

I'd say schizophrenia and bipolar disorder is more explanatory in say transgender MtFs given the genuine neurofemininity of the two.
Mind you, many autism misdiagoses are also what's mistaken for the attempt to suppress their personality by the transperson in question.

Further reading of my link - Appears agender's have a Dull or even Null sense of self.
They can look down and see what parts they were born with. They can even feel normal stuff from such parts.
From there its more like Chaos of Self Yet only in a dull sense.

It's not really hard to figure out.
"a" means without and "gender" is male, female, xir, whatever.
Agender means someone who doesn't identify with any gender spectrum.
