I was actually given a letter by Susan Boyle, who now works at my local psychiatric hospital.
Needless to say, I'm ignoring their requests to see me until Mrs. Dr. Genius (childish bid at sarcasm I know) at the hospital uses her apparent wits to figure out what's genuinely wrong with me.
Frankly I'm trying to immerse myself in my new-found interest for music.

Considering I also write and speak to people in my beginner-intermediate level of Korean there may well be grammatical slipover seeing as I sometimes have trouble compartmentalizing grammar as an entity.
