Topic: Is this entirely impossible according to the laws of this universe?

Something being "bigger on the inside", many programs have played around with the idea. From the popular British Sci-Fi series Doctor Who to even children's programming in The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius. I want to just chalk this up to fiction, but for whatever reason I get the feeling this might actually be possible in some weird format or some weird scientific theory.

The Banach-Tarski Paradox state that we should be able to make duplicates of almost anything with a shape yet this isn't possible.

So is something being "bigger on the inside" complete fiction or somewhat truthful in some very obscure scientific way?

I don't care about Dungeons and Dragons, man.
I thought that was some obscure scientific theory before I clicked the link.
