Old people are actually really interesting because the past is largely a foreign country. It's amusing that we don't get what depression-era people even went through. It's funny and sad that millennials don't actually remember a time before instant communication and having a phone/camera/video recorder permanently in your pocket. Seriously, phone booths and random Nessie/Big Foot/Ghost/UFO photos were so cool back in the day.
