I love Clint Mansell! His score for The Fountain is even better, IMO.

The score for Alexander Nevsky is perfect, but difficult to excerpt.

My favourite score, I think, is Bernard Herrmann's for Vertigo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kC5AzFc3coo He also did some great work on North by Northwest and Psycho.
