That's such a niche area, I doubt such a website exists. You're better off getting the music you want directly from the games yourself; depending on the type of rom, there are lots of tools out there to do this.

Wtf is a ROM hack? Are you saying you want the music from ROMs? There's a big fucking archive of literally thousands and thousands and thousands of chiptunes from ROMs and keygens.
