Step 1: Go to minichan.org
Step 2: Click on "New topic" at the top of the page
Step 3: Put a subject in the box labeled "Headline"
Step 4: Type your message in the large white box
Step 5: Click on the button labeled "Post" at the bottom of the page
And just like that, you've done it

It's a bit more of an endeavor for meMaking a thread her requires that I dance around the console grabbing at various controls for a good 45 seconds to 2 minutes straight
And the post often fails to reach minichan uncorrupted!
