This date had long since passed, but what did Back to the Future Part II get right?
I noticed a few things like video conferencing (Skype), hand free gaming (Kinect), popularity of sequels, holograms, and there was even a drone walking the owner's dog.
Other things we got close to, but not exactly as depicted in the film. For example, the movie featured a woman president where as we only had women candidates. However, we did end up with the first African-American president so that is a fair trade-off.
Nike missed their deadline with the shoes. Black & Decker still haven't made a re-hydrator.
In this alternate 2015, nobody is starring at tiny screens to get information such as sports statistics, the Internet clearly doesn't exist, and their television quality sucks. Reality: 1, Fiction: 0.
I'm a little happy that we did things better than "predicted".

I get the feeling that when Marty didn't race those Mad Max punks at the end of Part III, that was when the timeline changed.
At least Doc realized that the fucking future is molded in clay so he doesn't have to get paranoid and drive back to fetch Marty to repair something that doesn't matter.

That was a pretty neat little segment except I'm disappointed they didn't mention the Internet.
Marty wouldn't even knew about the WWW since the Internet was only for the military and the government.
Of course, taking into account the actor's ages, this could be them travelling from the nineties in which case they would have known about it. Which is probably why it wasn't mentioned. Of course, the Internet was slow as shit back then so it would have still been a surprised to see it so a part of American life.

Guessing you have yet to attend a concert that uses holograms and many events that use them.
Multiple companies in business ready to roll out lots of fun hologram stuff - Including concerts with dead as fuck stars - recreated in holograms and even lip sync new material.

No smoke needed for many kinds of head gear to view holograms.
People have no problem with movies shown on screens - Smoke screen can be thin (minor air condition issues to solve) and for sure from the few I have seen recently - smoke is the very least of any issue.
