I'm probably not going to get my new laptop until tuesday... Fuck the waiting around. I saved a few dollars buying online but I wish I'd done it early in the week to take the long weekend out of the equation.

I didn't buy it off amazon, I used one of those price comparison sites to find a company that had the model for the lowest price and then made a couple of lowball offers to see if I could get them down a bit more. Admittedly the whole process could have been quicker, but whatever.

Mail-order? I didn't hand write a letter and post a cheque to an advert in a magazine from another country. It's an overnight courier not the monthly mail boat.

I'm just mad that I didn't do it a day earlier because I would have it already. My screen is cracked and it's a pain in the ass and all fucked up down one side
