Dutch soldiers shouting ‘bang bang’ while firing weapons during ammo shortage
Soldiers based domestically and on international missions are now shouting “bang bang” to compensate for the lack of ammunition, Union for Civil and Military officials said.
“Even if you have no bullets, you have to shout bang bang , the union’s president, Jean Debie, said.
“This is obviously disastrous for the morale of the military.
This is obviously a wonderful way to prevent deaths on the ''other side

English edition of Google - all news pages on Netherlands bang bang - Checked 3 pages of Web Google and no mention of resolved.
Also this Shout Bang Bang was supposed to be a State Secrete - So are you saying they have gone back to killing?

They went back to using blanks (that is what this was about: no budget for blanks for training), killing your own soldiers during training seems even worse for morale.
I'm not going to humor you by finding an article that details the resolution, but I've seen it mentioned on TV a month or two ago.
