Reminds me of that kerfuffle a few years ago where The Nation magazine was criticizing Walmart for not paying $12 ab hour when The Nation wasn't even paying their interns minimum wage.

Damn - I used to hire terrific high school students - I let the school admin do the HR work. I let them set their own hours - Pay started at minimum wage and quickly rose - When employees got a bonus which was usually a Christmas bonus the high school students got a chunk of the bonus money. To be fair looking back I should have paid much much more to the students.
