yes, because insurance is a private business. people doing private business gladly exchange money with anyone regardless of their personal views. that's capitalism. it's really only in the public services that you see people being denied access over personal opinions, but that's just religion.

Actually YES. However that term (acts of god) does not appear in my homeowners policy.
