Like anything Christian seems to share a Roman equivalent. The few traditions Christmas has were also shared by Saturnalia which was a Roman festival. Christians believed in marriage as did the Romans. And I recall watching this program on one of the History channels about this group of biblical scholars trying to find out what happened to the body of Christ and they came across this tomb with markings that could have been made by early Christians, but realize there was a chance that the markings could have been Roman too. I was also told that Christianity itself might have been of Roman origin.

But almost every culture shares the same types of celebrations. Like mourning the dead, celebrating birthdays, celebrating the end of winter, etc. Also a lot of Christians were Romans, because Christianity isnt an ethnicity.

Pre-Christian Rome had loads of social and religious traditions. I can't imagine there would be a one-to-one match for everything found in Christianity. Major seasonal festivals certainly had their pagan counterparts subsumed by Christian ones. Wikipedia has a helpful list if you want to compare. Today. October 12th, is listed as Augustalia - a holiday to honor the deified Augustus. I'm guessing you'd be hard pressed to find something like that in Christianity. Other holidays like the Secular Games, held every 100(-ish) might pose a problem too.
