how much longer do you see the human race surviving?
ive been thinking about it for a bit and honestly I give humanity 500-1000 years, 1000 years being the absolute most amount of time before the human species as we know it becomes extinct and im basing this on a few things such as war, disease, ect. but also some variables such as the fallout of chemical warfare, economics from war in general, nuclear warfare, famine and stuff like that
how much longer do you think that humanity as a species will survive? will there ever be world peace if even for a year or two? personally i think we should give up on that concept, i dont think we should continue to participate in war but i also dont think there will ever be a time of peace, especially now with war no longer being a "well we hate their government!" type of thing or war being in the pursuit of freedom and now being a thing based on shit like religion, skin color, etc. it'll never happen and at the very least it will never happen before a global extinction event.

agreed. it is not human nature to be accepting of all others. just as communism can never be implemented by humans, peace can never be achieved because humanity is infinitely capable of greed, deception, and villainy.

My mother was the last born in family of 18 kids. Typical life span is in the late 90's with several going over 100
Same for dad except no so much so many kids. But I have no wish to be 97 and not be able to have the current fun I have.

anyways lets get back on topic, one of the big reasons i thought to make this thread had to do with the recent explosions/terrorism/whatever in turkey, a peace rally no less.
ive been reading a lot of shit in regards to them and one of the things ive noticed were people going "it couldn't possibly be isis!! it would be dumb of them to stage an attack in turkey of all places" because i guess turkey supports them or something? isis doesn't have peace accords with anyone and they've stated time and time again that you are either with them or you are against them, they do not care who they attack, so imo i think it would make sense for it to be an isis attack.
