You must resist the urge to quit quitting.

Never quit quitting until you have quit completely.

Carry on, in this fashion and if your urge is begging you for 'one last smoke'

i don't get why it's so hard, when i first drank alcohol i could immediately see how you could get hooked on it, but when i first tried smoking i couldn't see it

I quit for like three months when I was locked up in jail. The first two weeks were rough but then I just accepted the fact that I was'nt going to smoke anymore. The day I got released though I got myself some cigarettes again.

I got charged for Assault on a female for making out with this woman down the street. I was trying to get some but when she did'nt want to go all the way I chilled out and took her home. Ten hours later I'm in cuffs because her fucking parents convinced her to sign the papers on me and lie about the way it all went down.

i just don't bother with women, they just seem so full of themselves that they think you want to stalk/molest them when you just want to be friendly

If you want to quit smoking, just stop buying cigarettes. That's how I did it.
