Unfortunately, no. It was sort of a family account with his wife and daughter on it too. He didn't recognize the charges so he passed the phone to his wife and she didn't recognize them either, but there was a possibility it was their daughter buying things online, so I had to block the account and told them if it is their daughter, call back and we'll reset everything, if it's not her, call back and we'll refund all the charges, overnight new cards, etc. I gave them a special number for our preferred clients to get directly back in touch, and that was that.
