Just as ISIS is destroying relics of the past because they consider those false Idols. The 2nd testament is considered heresy and must be destroyed. All copies will be burned.

I think it's because Jesus left and now nobody can get the word from the almighty anymore to jot down some new testaments. When the son of man does show back up though we're all supposed to get melted alive I think which will ensure that they'll be no further need for any testaments.
