i was gonna suggest you call the labor board but you already did
tell him to go fuck himself and that if you dont get the full amount of the rest of the money you'll take him to court (you dont have to take him to court just gotta sound threatening)

We settled just now. Not getting as much as we hoped buuuuut
If we let it go thru the Labour board it would take up to 9 months and then it would be taxed to barely above what we are getting now so I'm okay with this!
