In winter months its Beef stew or Chicken Stew with Dumplings.
Something about the combo is true Western Based comfort food for me.
Summer - For me its lots of Bar-B-Q - Fast slap on grill n later dig in. Baked potato on the side of course
Summer also a Sea Food salad - Shrimp - Crab - Avocado - but a quality salad on hot summer days is also more then 20 mins prep
