When a owner of a dog leaves their pet alone, the dog sometimes whines like it's the end of the world. It's hard not to feel for the dog that does that. It's the same with us, it's hard not to listen to our internal emotions that signal doom and destruction, but we have to remember that they are like the dogs that whine when left alone, when the owner comes back every thing is fine and it appears no end of the world was happening after all.
